Our full menu spans classics, modern originals, draft cocktails and Maroon's Ginger Beer mules. We'll build a custom list with you — and if you have a favorite, we can probably make that too.
The drinks below are a launching off point. If you have a favorite cocktail, or just a flavor you want to play with, let us know — we can make nearly anything.

Like a boozy, bubbly lemonade. Gin (or vodka).
Light rum, lime, sugar, mint, bubbles.
Tequila, lime, jalapeno, and bubbles. An original twist on a classic margarita that is spicy, sour, sweet, and salty.
Whiskey, amaretto, lemon, lime, and brown sugar simple syrup. An elevated version of the classic amaretto sour and an excellent fall cocktail.
Gin, lemon, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, and a splash of crème de violette. Named for its pale blue color.
Gin, lime, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, and Chartreuse.
Bourbon, lemon, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, and Chartreuse.
Rum, lime, and simple syrup.
Tequila, grapefruit, lime, Aperol, and agave.
